⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CJ at Midas on Glendale provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly while repairing my Genesis. When they found an unusual amount of dirty water inside my tire, he didn’t just ignore it. He investigated the issue, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on. It’s refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right instead of rushing customers through. I truly appreciate the honesty, attention to detail, and excellent service, and I highly recommend CJ and the team at Midas on Glendale to anyone looking for trustworthy automotive care.

As a woman, I always get a little nervous going to an auto shop, but CJ and the team at Midas made me feel completely comfortable and respected from the start. They explained everything honestly, never pressured me, and charged a very fair price. Even my dad was impressed by their honesty, integrity, and the quality of their work. It's not often you find a shop you can truly trust. I highly recommend CJ and the entire Midas team!

I honestly don't leave reviews but my experience was just so exceptional I had to I highly recommend Midas! CJ and the entire team were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They did excellent work, explained everything clearly, and offered an amazing price without any pressure. It's hard to find a shop with this level of honesty, quality, and customer service. Thanks again to CJ and everyone at Midas—I’ll definitely be back and will gladly recommend you to others!

Pablo did a great job educating me on their tire prices while giving me a quick but thorough oil change. I was given a detailed explanation of the work done and the price was fair! Definitely recommend this location! Friendly, honest, and fair!!!

Man listen...Midas was a life saver for me! Stopped by on a whim to get estimate for my lights on my way home from work, ended up getting them taken care of, primarily due to great customer service towards me from the store manager Pablo. I truly appreciate the assistance in explaining to me something trivial as my lights, but it was important to me. Thank you sir! I am now a "regular" customer! Will definitely recommend!
